Construction details(s)

SEAMLESS (from top to bottom back and forth until reunification of the and in front then in circles):

The MIAMI Sweater is knitted with three LACE weight yarns, composed of a blend of mohair, alpaca, and silk. The cast-on begins with an I-cord cast-on (or simple cast-on), followed by the back in reverse pearl ribbing back and forth, with progressive increases to form a trapezoid, while continuing the I-cord on each side to the armholes. Once the back is put on hold, the stitches are picked up one by one for each shoulder to create the front in fancy stitch, incorporating increases for the neckline. The front is worked to the armholes, then joins the back to continue in the round to the hem, finished in 1x1 semi-twisted ribbing. The stitches are then picked up around the armholes to knit the sleeves in pearl ribbing, with short rows to shape the sleeve cap. The sleeves are refined with a slight decrease and two opposite double decreases four rows before the ribbing. They are finished with 1/1 semi-twisted ribbing. Finally, the neckline is knitted in 1/1 semi-twisted ribbing after picking up the stitches around it.

WITH SEAM(flat, from bottom to top back and forth):

The MIAMI Sweater is knitted with three LACE strands held together, from the bottom up, in a back-and-forth motion. The work begins with the back in purl beaded ribbing, with decreases at the armholes while forming an I-cord that extends to the shoulders, drawing a trapezoid and along the neck. The front features a central cable motif framed by purl beaded ribbing, with decreases similar to those on the back. The neckline is constructed by working the right and left front halves separately. The sleeves, knitted from the bottom up, begin with 1x1 semi-twisted ribbing, then transition to beaded ribbing with increases before forming the shoulder cap. All pieces are finally assembled with invisible seams.
