SEAMLESS(back and forth during the RR and shaping of the button placket, and from top to bottom, then entirely in the round for the rest):
The sweaterSAILOR OF GRACE SWEATERThis garment is knitted with two strands of LACE yarn, combining mohair and silk. Its raglan construction, with brioche increases (knit-yarn-knit), is worked flat and then in the round, starting from the end of the button band, from top to bottom, in reverse seed stitch. The cast-on includes short rows to lower the collar while incorporating the raglan increases. The sleeves are then separated from the body, with stitches added at the armholes to achieve the bust measurement. The body continues straight and finishes with a half-twisted 1x1 rib. The sleeve stitches are picked up to continue the construction and shape the sleeves using brioche decreases, then finished with a half-twisted 1x1 rib. Stitches are picked up around the neckline to create a funnel neck, finished identically to the cuffs and body. Finally, stitches are picked up to work a button band on the left raglan.
